Stratton’s Clear View LLC offers tiered pricing per pane based on the level of detail and type of buildup. All services include our “Make It Shine” Quality Guarantee — if you spot anything within 3 days, we’ll return and re-clean at no charge.

Removes dirt, dust, pollen, and everyday grime from glass and surrounding trim.
Leaves a crystal-clear, streak-free finish that brightens your home inside and out.

Enhanced Wash with Frame & Track Detail

(Base $12.50 + $2.50 per pane for frame & track detail — Total $15.00 per pane)
Includes everything in the Basic Wash plus a full cleaning of window frames and tracks.
Removes tree sap, paint overspray, adhesives, and other stubborn debris.
Tracks and sills are vacuumed and wiped clean for smooth window operation and improved appearance.

Construction Window Cleaning

(Starting at $19.50 per pane)
Designed for post-construction or remodel cleanup, this service removes tough materials like:
paint overspray, caulking residue, stickers, drywall dust, concrete splatter, and adhesive.
We carefully clean glass and trim using safe, non-scratch tools to restore full clarity and shine.

Skylights, High-Access, or Specialty Glass

Includes removal of dirt, pollen, and debris from hard-to-reach surfaces using specialized safety gear.
Also includes light dusting of interior mantles and trim for a complete finish.
