  • Pure‑water fed pole or ladder access depending on reach
  • Professional-grade squeegees, microfiber towels, and eco‑friendly glass cleaner
  • Effective removal of light dirt, dust, pollen, and surface water spots

• Enhanced Wash with Frame & Track Detail ($12.50 base + $2.50 per pane for frame & track detail; $15.00 total per pane)
  • Includes Basic Wash plus deep cleaning of window frames, sills, and tracks
  • Nylon brush agitation, compressed‑air blow‑out, and vacuuming
  • Ideal for debris buildup that can impair operation or appearance

• Premium Treatment for Stubborn Soils ($12.50 base + $2.50 trim/detail + $4.00 stain removal; $19.00 total per pane)
  • Covers tree sap, bird droppings, hard water mineral stains, and paint overspray
  • Utilizes specialized scrapers, clay bars, and safe abrasive pads
  • pH‑neutral stain‑removal solutions and resin‑dissolving agents to protect glass

• High‑Access or Specialty Glass (Starting at $25.00 per pane)
  • Skylights, transoms, multi‑pane or divided‑lite windows
  • Telescoping pure‑water brush poles with up to 60′ reach
  • Requires safety harness and fall‑protection equipment when necessary

Pricing is calculated per pane. Package discounts available for whole‑home or recurring clients. All work is backed by our “Make It Shine” Quality Guarantee—if any spot returns within 7 days, we’ll re‑clean it at no charge.
