Window Screen Repair & Replacement

• Screen Mesh Replacement (Standard Fiberglass): $25.00 per standard window screen (up to 3’x3’). Includes removal, new fiberglass mesh, spline, and reinstallation.

• Oversized or Patio Door Screens: Starting at $45.00 each (priced by square footage).

• Pet-Resistant / Heavy-Duty Mesh Upgrade: +$15.00 per screen.

• Screen Frame Straightening / Corner Repair: $10.00–$20.00 per frame (if salvageable).

• New Custom Frame Fabrication: Starting at $55.00 per screen (includes heavy-duty frame, mesh, and hardware).
  Tools & Materials: Screen rolling tool, spline cutters, fiberglass or pet mesh rolls, replacement frame stock, corner connectors, measuring square.

Gutter Repairs

• Minor Leak Seal / End Cap Reseal: $35.00–$55.00 per location (clean, dry, seal with gutter-grade sealant).

• Hanger / Bracket Replacement: $10.00–$15.00 each installed (includes hardware).

• Section Re-Leveling / Pitch Correction: Starting at $95.00 per section (includes adjustment and fasteners).

• Small Section Replacement (up to 10’ of gutter or downspout): Starting at $150.00 including materials.

• Downspout Reattachment / Elbow Replacement: $45.00–$75.00 each.
  Tools & Materials: Cordless drill/driver, levels, sealant, rivet gun, tin snips, replacement hangers, brackets, screws, aluminum sections.

Pricing Notes: Repairs are quoted after inspection; a diagnostic fee may apply if no cleaning service is performed the same visit (e.g., $49 credited toward approved repair). Bundle discounts apply when combined with cleaning services.

All repair work includes a 90‑day workmanship warranty against failure of installed materials under normal conditions.
