Our Rates

We believe in simple, transparent pricing with no hidden fees.

• Concrete Surfaces (Driveways, Patios, Sidewalks, Decks):
  Starting at $0.35 per square foot

• Asphalt & Sensitive Surfaces:
  +$0.15 per square foot (total $0.50 per sq ft)
  – Asphalt and more delicate materials require lower pressure and extra time for proper cleaning.

• Home Exterior Soft Washing:
  $0.30 – $0.45 per square foot
  – Gentle, low-pressure wash designed for siding, facades, and trim using eco-friendly solutions (no bleach). Safe for landscaping and pets.

Minimum Job Charge: $125
